Returns Policy

Christina Cole Returns policy

 

We hope you fall in love with your Christina Cole products.  But we know that from time to time you may want to return them to us for one reason or another be it that the size is not perfect for you, or the items aren't quite what you expected, whatever reason you're not completely satisfied we will happily offer you an exchange or refund your money via the Terms & Conditions outlined below. This does not affect your statutory rights.  Should you wish to return the item(s) for any reason, the following conditions apply:

UK and all countries (excluding the USA) Returns policy

 

To return your goods, you must notify us in writing within 7days of receipt goods, quoting reference/order number, name, address, details of the product(s) and the reason for return; goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Return postage for all orders is payable by the customer.

When returning goods, we recommend that you obtain a valid certificate of posting (available free from the post office) for all returns. This should show the return address as printed on the returns label or address below together with the post offices printed/stamped confirmation of the date of posting. You should keep this certificate until you have received your refund or replacement.

Failure to include the above mentioned information will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

 

Lingerie Party Orders

Orders placed during parties have the above mentioned conditions applied to them in case of a return; however the goods can only be replaced by vouchers or other products. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR PARTY ORDERS. This is due to the nature of the “hostess gifts” that are rewarded based on the total sales from the party.

Please take care when unpacking & repacking.

We do not give refunds on Gift voucher purchases.

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post and retain proof of posting.

We reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange if you do not follow this policy.

Refunds and exchanges are made approximately two weeks after receipt of items to allow for inspection.

As soon as we receive your returned items we will process your request. Replacement items held in stock will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund. If a returns form has not been enclosed with your order, please return items (retaining proof of postage) to address stated above.

 Sale Items:

Please note that we can only offer an exchange on sale items, unless the returned items fail to correspond with your rights covered under the sale of goods act. While we make every effort to check all items before dispatch, if you believe your purchase to be faulty, please contact us on 0203 539 6912 or email services@christinacole.co.uk and we'll rectify the problem as quickly as possible. For more information please refer to the distance selling regulations and read section under order cancellation.

Please note: All shapewear items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Sale items are also non-refundable. For more information please refer to the distance selling regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All refunds will be dealt with within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type and within 14 days. 

 
Order cancellation

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel any order purchased online from christinacole.co.uk, within 7 working days from the day after delivery.

Order cancellations must be made in writing to the returns manager, quoting your order number, within 7 working days from the day after delivery. Subject to the goods being returned in the condition in which they were dispatched, a refund or exchange will be organised. Shapewear will only be accepted returned if it’s completely unworn(e.g. if you have opened the packaging to examine the product you must do so without damaging,marking or trying on the product). It must be returned in the original packet unworn or will not be accepted.

Please read our Returns Policy above for further information about returning an item after 7working days has passed.

We will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition.
